TERMS OF BOOKINGS FOR BOOKINGS OF A MONTH OR MORE

These are our terms and conditions; you are deemed to of read and accepted these when you make your booking.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are NOT permitted to stay.
For long term bookings you must be a key worker under the Covid 19 regulations, we are a hotel not an HMO.
Room prices are per room, per night or per room per month if you have opted for the long-term monthly rate.
All room rates are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your original reservation. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of that reservation and the date of your stay, we may adjust the rate of VAT but the price you pay will remain the same.

Your right to cancel
All rooms must be paid for IN ADVANCE, for monthly bookings cancelation fees, a minimum of a week’s room fee is required on cancelation of a booking.
Weekend or midweek, short term or single night bookings you must give a full weeks’ notice for a full refund.
If the total value of the new stay is less than the original booking pre-payment, any difference is forfeited.
If you have booked a months stay and then changed it to a few nights we reserve the right to charge you the single night rate for those few days.
Any or all claims must be made within 7 days of the end of the stay to which your claim relates.
From 1st June 2020, check-in time will be by arrangement with the hotel.
All rooms are no smoking and no vaping, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given if you have been smoking or vaping.
Please keep your key with you, if you lock yourself out of the room there will be a £20 charge, this will be paid DIRECTLY to the person letting you in the room.
Bedding and towels will be changed once a week, there will be a charge if you require more than once a week.

Finaly you must not:

• be threatening or abusive to any of our team before, during or after your stay.
• smoke anywhere inside the hotels. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.
• engage in any unlawful activity during your stay at our hotels (e.g. taking an illegal substance).
• cause any health and safety hazard to any of our team members or any of our guests.
• bring any pets onto our premises, with the exception of assistance dogs and must be pre-authorised before stay.
• bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto our premises.
• use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini cookers or portable grills, except the ones supplied by us.
• tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.
• utilise the rooms to store items (personal or otherwise) which could in the sole opinion of my staff that could cause damage to the room or be a risk to the health and safety of staff or property.
• prevent management, housekeeping and/or maintenance staff from access to your room(s) as and when required by housekeeping permitted full access as agreed.
• remove, damage or destroy our property.
• use any of the technology provided by us to download or access any unlawful or obscene material; or cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or our staff.

At the end of your booking please leave your key on the bed and send me a message when you have left.
After a month you can pay via card or by bank transfer, which ever is the easer for you.
